Business Unit / Role Specific Information
The Colleague Experience Group (CEG) focuses on creating an exceptional employee experience through strategic initiatives, mentoring, and leadership coaching. As part of this program, interns will gain exposure to senior leadership and multiple functional areas.
Program Structure and Impact
- This internship is a direct pipeline to the full-time HR Leadership Development Program.
- Interns will complete three diverse, high-impact rotations.
- Exposure to senior leaders through mentorship and coaching.
- Opportunities to present strategic insights to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in an HR-related Master’s degree program with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytic skills with a passion for HR.
- Minimum of 3 years’ work experience preferred along with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Able to work in a hybrid model based in New York, NY.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges from $38.45 to $87.00 hourly plus a sign-on bonus. Benefits include competitive base salaries, flexible working arrangements, on-site wellness centers, counseling support, and career development opportunities.
