How Will You Make an Impact?

The Business Analyst supports the Global Merchant & Network Services (GMNS) Regional Centralized Client Group (RCCG). You will provide analytical data support for a portfolio of approximately 20K accounts and work collaboratively with stakeholders to drive business growth and strategic insights.

  • Analyze business data and generate insights focused on KPIs.
  • Execute monthly reporting for stakeholders including senior leadership.
  • Lead projects such as industry benchmarking, growth analyses, and business evaluations.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to create process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requirements for internal and external customers.

You will be involved in data analysis, project leadership and strategic operational support while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated analytical skills, strong project management capabilities, and proficiency in advanced tools like Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce are required. Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and Tableau is recommended.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range is $65,500 to $102,500 annually plus bonus and benefits. Comprehensive benefits include competitive salaries, bonus incentives, retirement savings match, financial coaching, and holistic well-being support.

Work Arrangement

This role offers a flexible working model that may include onsite, hybrid, or fully virtual arrangements depending on business needs.
