About the Internal Audit Group

The Internal Audit Group is a global function with over 300 team members across nine countries. The mission is to protect and enhance organizational value by providing independent, objective, risk-based assurance and advisory services, influencing risk management strategies.

Role Overview

This hybrid role, based in New York City, Salt Lake City, or Phoenix, leads a portfolio of audits focused on global Business Continuity Management and operational resilience. The role evaluates crisis management, continuity planning, and third-party resilience to ensure robust enterprise preparedness and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple audits across various business areas and regions.
  • Develop and execute risk-based Audit Plans in collaboration with Audit Leaders.
  • Lead regulatory activities and ensure compliance with global standards such as OCC and FFIEC.
  • Mentor and develop audit staff while providing actionable feedback.
  • Champion continuous improvement by integrating industry trends and audit best practices.

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of audit experience; prior Big Four or G-SIB background.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback.
  • Experience with Business Continuity, Crisis Management, or Operational Resilience audits.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory standards and current industry trends.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, visualization, and resilience management platforms is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $123,000 to $215,250 annually, plus bonus, equity (if applicable), and a comprehensive benefits package including competitive base salary, bonus incentives, retirement match, and extensive health and wellness support.
