As a Risk Management Analyst, you will help define the future of American Express by improving controls, processes, and ensuring compliance across international operations.
Impact and Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with the Strategy & Planning Manager to build and execute comprehensive operational excellence processes, support regulatory and audit queries, and drive compliance-led initiatives.
- Partner with international marketing teams and key cross-functional partners
- Lead operational excellence and risk control self-assessments
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for ongoing business controls
- Support regulatory/audit queries and compliance initiatives
- Maintain relationships across Global Merchant Services and Compliance teams
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates should understand marketing practices and operational risk in large organizations. Experience in process improvement, project management, and strong communication skills are required. Proficiency in Visio is preferred.
