About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise screening tool (Bridger Insight) access and support.
- Oversee technical requirement changes via Change Management Control.
- Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
- Assist with Bridger platform implementation and audit activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including LexisNexis and American Express Technologies.
- Escalate platform risks and propose enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Familiarity with Bridger Insight XG preferred.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Confluence.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and influence across all levels.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
