About the Role

American Express seeks an Analyst Compliance to join Global Sanctions. With a 175-year history of innovation and commitment, you will play a vital role in managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise screening tool (Bridger Insight) access and support.
  • Oversee technical requirement changes via Change Management Control.
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
  • Assist with Bridger platform implementation and audit activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including LexisNexis and American Express Technologies.
  • Escalate platform risks and propose enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Bridger Insight XG preferred.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Confluence.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence across all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
