How You Will Make an Impact
The Analyst, Communication Compliance Review Quality Assurance is responsible for executing and enhancing quality assurance processes across the Communication Compliance Review program. This role supports the integrity, consistency, and effectiveness of communication surveillance and review activities through structured testing, reporting, analytics, and data governance.
- Conduct independent quality assurance reviews of CCR and monitoring activities.
- Evaluate adherence to policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
- Identify inconsistencies, control gaps, and documentation deficiencies.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to reviewers and management to strengthen performance and quality standards.
- Support enhancements to sampling strategies using data-driven methodologies.
- Maintain structured documentation of QA methodologies, sampling frameworks, and rating criteria.
- Partner with CCR Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Training teams to communicate findings and drive improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two (2) or more years' experience in a Risk Management, Operational Excellence or Compliance in a highly regulated domain.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with consumer banking regulations (Reg Z, Reg E, UDAAP, Fair Lending, etc.).
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, able to create compelling arguments and influence across all levels of the organization.
