Team and Mission
The U.S. Consumer Services Team oversees premium consumer products, including premium, cobrand, cash back, lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, and Global Dining. Global Dining, a premier American Express dining platform, connects top restaurants with discerning customers through a state-of-the-art SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee B2C Product Managers for Resy and Tock.
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and integration between platforms.
- Lead cultural integration and process improvement initiatives.
- Direct budget, revenue accountability, and market feedback collection.
- Collaborate with technology teams on modernization and agile projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management with 5+ years in leadership.
- Experience building B2C SaaS products and integrating two products.
- Strong expertise in user experience, visual design, and agile development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
