Role & Responsibilities

The Manager, Digital Product Management will provide strategic support to implement data capabilities supporting GFCC processes and ensure compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include:

• Owning end-to-end data processes and capabilities
• Serving as subject matter expert on risk systems and processes
• Collaborating with business, technology, and risk teams to define vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Establishing comprehensive data solutions and quality controls
• Leading the lifecycle of AML transaction monitoring rules and reporting capabilities
• Mentoring product managers and defining business metrics
• Partnering with engineering for system architecture and rapid solution prototyping

Qualifications

Candidates should have a strong background in data management within the BFSI domain:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• 4+ years in large data capability projects
• Experience in Financial Crimes risk management and data stewardship
• Proficiency with SQL on platforms like GCP and familiarity with Python and Hive
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits
