About the Role

The MI Business Analyst at American Express Global Business Travel is responsible for defining and developing the global MI strategy, ensuring smooth data flow and high quality management information to support regional and global account managers.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the key contact for MI related support, set up and issue resolution.
  • Provide consultation on the use and functionality of MI reporting tools.
  • Produce regular scheduled reports and analyze trends to support client meetings.
  • Lead global data projects and ensure maintenance of data integrity.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and perform data scrubbing for source corrections.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience in travel data industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Access.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work hours supporting customers across regions.
