The Role: Client Solutions Manager
As a Client Solutions Manager, you will be instrumental in leading communications and strategy with both clients and partners. This role involves building and managing crucial relationships with accounts and customers, ensuring strong alignment around their business objectives and account strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Own the business review and account plan for each client within your portfolio.
- Lead client retention by developing strategic business growth plans, guided by new opportunities in the client’s vertical market, and supplier and industry trends.
- Design and deliver strategies to optimize travel program spend, define technology roadmaps, and manage commercial contract negotiations.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business needs, including proactively reviewing company news and recommending adjustments to their business account plan.
- Utilize travel industry insights to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.
- Interpret T&E compliance and leakage reports, sharing findings with clients and collaborating on compliance plan development.
- Implement new business initiatives, coordinating effectively with Travel Partner Network (TPN) offices.
- Lead client onboarding, product implementation, maintenance, and comprehensive training.

- A collaborative approach; able to work effectively with global teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using the Challenger model for sales and client engagement.
