Role Overview

This role is part of the Controllership organization within the U.S. Regulatory Reporting team, focusing on the Regulatory Reporting Interpretive Office. You will assist in driving report accuracy, improve regulatory reporting processes and controls, and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and leaders to manage risk and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of the Regulatory Reporting Interpretive Office framework.
  • Accurately interpret and document reporting instructions.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and leaders to evaluate control environments.
  • Formulate responses to inquiries from the Federal Reserve and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and enhanced documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Auditing, or Risk Management - Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments - Strong grasp of U.S. Regulatory and U.S. GAAP requirements - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Regulatory Reports such as FR Y-9C, Call Report (FFIEC 031), FR2052a, and FR Y-14 - Knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually plus bonus and benefits. Work Arrangement

This position offers a hybrid schedule allowing for onsite and remote work based on business needs.
