How You Will Make an Impact

The Associate, Digital Product Management – Data Privacy will enable and evidence AXP’s compliance with global privacy regulations. Your role will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and drive the delivery of the DSAR Automation roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and commercial teams to identify business needs.
  • Document and manage the DSAR Automation product backlog with clear user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure functionality, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Summarize complex requirements into digestible user stories and process flows.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Rally
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations like GDPR and CPRA is preferred
