Role Overview: Analyst - Treasury

This role supports the APAC Treasury Operations team, managing daily cash management and FX Exposure Risk Management across over 300 bank accounts for 30+ legal entities. The position requires working from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM to align with APAC market timings, including flexibility on certain India holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash and funding requirements while balancing interest rate and liquidity risks.
• Identify and hedge FX exposures to protect balance sheet and income statement.
• Monitor bank accounts daily to ensure liquidity for day-to-day operations.
• Analyze, calculate and execute daily FX hedge actions.
• Provide backup support for treasury related activities and assist on ad-hoc liquidity projects.
• Maintain relationships with external banks and internal finance teams globally.

Mandatory & Desired Skills

• Hands-on experience with restricted market banks for FX trading.
• Knowledge of transactional banking products and money market instruments.
• Experience using Treasury Management Systems and automation tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and understanding of derivative instruments.
• MBA (Finance)/CA/CPA or equivalent finance/economics background.
