In this role, as an Analyst - Risk Management, you will be part of the team managing the Incentives administration process for Global Servicing teams. Your work will have a direct impact on our operations, ensuring timely, accurate monthly incentive processing and supporting ad-hoc business analysis projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure monthly/quarterly incentive calculations adhere to policy guidelines.
- Run incentive calculation models and perform detailed due diligence.
- Conceptualize, design, and develop dashboards via Excel automation.
- Support annual updates of compensation business rules through automation.
- Coordinate system and user acceptance testing with quality assurance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance incentive program effectiveness.
- Support internal and external incentive-based audits.
Qualifications & Skills
This role requires 2-5 years of experience with compensation processes and handling complex business rules. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is essential. You should possess strong communication skills, high proficiency with Excel (automation, multi-layered equations, pivots, charts), and analytical problem-solving capabilities. SQL experience is a plus.
