Role Summary
The Analytics & Strategy Implementation team seeks a mid-career Quantitative Researcher to join a collaborative environment with portfolio managers and researchers. This hybrid role is based in Kansas City or New York and requires eligible U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Collaborate across disciplines to solve investor challenges.
- Partner with portfolio managers on empirical research and strategy development.
- Design and maintain analytical tools for equity strategies and risk analysis.
- Contribute to research, investment idea generation, and product development.
What You Bring To The Team
- Understanding of quantitative equity investing and global capital markets.
- Minimum 3 years in a quantitative investment role.
- Experience with evidence-based investing, portfolio construction, and risk control.
- Advanced skills in statistical techniques and data modeling using Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with Factset, Barra, or similar portfolio management toolkits.
- Strong teamwork, practical problem-solving, and effective communication skills.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation with bonus plans, generous PTO, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, and mentorship programs. Candidates in New York and California have a salary range of $110,000.00-$130,000.00 with potential cash incentives. Regular office presence is required to meet role expectations.
