As a Product & Solution Marketing MBA Intern, you will gain firsthand experience in how ServiceNow transforms innovation into business impact and play a key role in shaping our global narrative.
What You’ll Do
- Shape go-to-market strategy for ServiceNow products and solutions, connecting innovation to tangible customer value.
- Define clear and differentiated positioning and messaging that makes our technology simple, human, and impactful in the market.
- Collaborate extensively with Product, Sales, and Brand Marketing teams to successfully launch new products and execute campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to uncover strategic opportunities for storytelling and focus.
- Develop high-impact content, including sales narratives, presentations, demos, customer success stories, and various digital assets designed to convert buyers.
- Support enablement efforts by equipping internal teams with the necessary tools, messaging, and proof points to succeed in the market.
- Utilize AI-driven insights and data to continuously refine strategies, reviewing campaign and pipeline performance to inform next-generation go-to-market approaches.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program, with a graduation date of December 2026 or later, specializing in Marketing, Strategy, or Business Analytics.
- 3–4 years of prior professional experience in product marketing, strategy, or consulting roles.
- A strategic storyteller mindset, adept at translating complex technical capabilities into clear, human-centric, and customer-driven value propositions.
- An analytical and insight-led approach, comfortable with data and curious about underlying drivers of outcomes.
- A collaborative operating style, thriving at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing functions.
- An AI-native thinker, eager to explore how intelligence and automation are revolutionizing enterprise workflows.
- Adaptability and a growth-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driven to learn rapidly.

Compensation and Benefits
For positions in this location, ServiceNow offers a base pay of $53.13/hr, along with equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and comprehensive benefits. The base pay provided is a guideline, and total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and specific work location. Our benefits package includes health plans (with flexible spending accounts), a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is determined by the geographic location of the role and is subject to change.
