The American Arbitration Association (AAA) seeks a detail-oriented and service-driven Case Administrator - Legal Services to manage arbitration and mediation cases across various industries. This role involves day-to-day case administration using the proprietary case management system (PRISM), scheduling, documentation, correspondence, and billing processes.

Work Environment
This position is designed as a hybrid work arrangement. Candidates must reside within 125 miles of the assigned U.S. office location. Compensation is determined based on geographic location.
Responsibilities
- Administer arbitration and mediation cases efficiently.
- Communicate with parties, attorneys, and neutrals via phone, email, video conferencing and written correspondence.
- Utilize the PRISM case management system for scheduling and documentation.
- Apply fee schedules, prepare billing statements and explain processes to clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy policies.
- Coordinate conference calls, enter case-related feedback, and manage inquiries in a timely manner.
Education And Experience
Associate's degree in business or a related field, coupled with three years of relevant work experience in customer service, legal support, or case administration is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are considered.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting legal and business documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and web-based case management systems.
- Effective data management and organizational skills.
- A calm, professional demeanor when facing challenging interactions.
