What You'll Do

- Lead the strategy and implementation of scalable AI-enabled systems, translating technical concepts into easily understandable language for diverse technical audiences.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment with Engineers, Designers, Product partners, and platform teams to identify opportunities and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Facilitate the adoption of AI-driven workflows and modern development practices by product teams to boost speed, quality, and consistency.
- Measure the success of AI solutions using quantitative metrics that highlight efficiency gains, adoption rates, and business impact.
- Produce clear, actionable guidelines for designers and developers to understand and implement AI-enabled workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize AI workflows to eliminate inefficiencies, reduce redundancy, and enhance performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
