This dynamic role will immerse you in the Workforce Administration world, drive continuous improvement and enhance customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct statistical and trend analyses to forecast key metrics and develop staffing models.
  • Partner with Finance, Technical Operations, and Regional Workforce Administration on budget, forecast processes, and strategic initiatives.
  • Perform data-driven analyses to assess the impact of efficiency improvements and strategic initiatives.
  • Evaluate business processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency and customer experience.
  • Build relationships with business owners at all levels and create action plans to overcome challenges.
  • Create presentations and interact with senior and executive leadership.
  • Work on special projects including cross-utilization within or across departments.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and predictive modeling to develop practical business solutions and validate models.
  • Ensure that the Workforce Administration organization is fully equipped with the appropriate tool knowledge for future demands.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum 3 years related work, or a Master’s degree. Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree, advanced knowledge of data analysis tools including SQL and SAS; familiarity with American's financial budget and forecast process is a plus.
