This position is part of the Workforce Administration Team within the Technical Operations Division. You will provide technical subject matter expertise for bidding, scheduling, and movement for Tech Ops team members and leaders in a busy operational setting. Additionally, you will collaborate with a dedicated team and undertake ad-hoc projects essential to ensuring operational success.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate workforce bidding and scheduling for accurate manning.
- Track and address grievances while ensuring contractual compliance.
- Execute ad-hoc projects including training, testing, and communication.
- Administer employee movement processes and serve as a liaison for smooth onboarding.
- Collaborate on creating process flows, SOPs, and process resources.
- Occasionally work outside normal shifts and travel 25-30%.
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in workforce planning, Workbrain, reporting tools, and working with unionized workgroups.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Experience in handling scheduling and administrative technical issues.
- Must pass FAA criminal background checks for airport security areas.
- Ability to secure required airport authority or US Customs security badges.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
