What You'll Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert on inflight menus and beverage programs.
- Utilize a data driven approach for decision making based on customer feedback.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive menu offerings.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop new menu concepts.
- Lead presentations to internal leaders, suppliers, and caterers regarding menu innovations.
- Manage menu specifications, guides, and customer-facing content.
- Analyze feedback and sales data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Interface with all management levels and external suppliers on strategic decisions.
All You'll Need for Success
Possess an undergraduate degree or equivalent hospitality experience along with 3+ years' experience in culinary design, menu development, and cross-team collaboration. Must be able to travel internationally and domestically, and demonstrate creativity, analytical skills, and effective project management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with market trends in food and beverage, strong initiative, and the ability to manage a large workload under changing priorities.
