As a Division Finance Analyst, you will support all of Division Finance in Training and Process Improvement Initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in reshaping operations by leveraging financial and data systems, driving strategic initiatives, and influencing organizational change across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and contribute to transformation projects impacting business decisions.
  • Design and evolve training frameworks aligned with operational excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across Division Finance teams.
  • Coordinate near and long-term planning to ensure compliance with corporate strategies.
  • Deliver insightful reporting including process maps and value creation analysis.
  • Integrate training with broader transformation efforts to reinforce strategic objectives.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2-3 years of related work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and working knowledge of SQL, Python/R, SAP, Hyperion, or ERP systems.
