This Analyst, Procurement role is a member of the Procurement team within our Finance division. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic programs that align with internal stakeholder needs, focusing on cost-effective solutions, timely acquisition, and comprehensive supply management.

What You'll Do as an Analyst, Procurement

• Assist with RFP processes and contract negotiations.
• Enhance company value while fostering positive supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and integrate them into procurement processes.
• Communicate effectively, demonstrating emotional intelligence in all interactions.

Qualifications for an Analyst, Procurement

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or other related field.
• Proficiency in Source to Pay (S2P) systems.
• Experience in vendor relationship management.
• Skills in process mapping and supplier risk analysis.

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Knowledge of supply chain concepts, with work or internship experience applying those concepts.
• Negotiating and influencing skills.
• Ability to be self-directed and resourceful with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks with exhibited follow through and initiative.
• Business understanding, particularly in project management, early supplier involvement, total cost management, and financial analysis.
• Understanding and use of technical tools for analysis, problem solving, forecasting, and quality improvement.
• High ethical standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of supply chain management principles.
