Business Systems Analyst III

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst III to join our team. This role focuses on implementing and maintaining ADP and PeopleSoft applications to meet client requirements, ensuring system optimization, performance, and seamless integration with other business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and maintain ADP and PeopleSoft applications, primarily focusing on payroll functionalities.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• Customize and configure ADP and PeopleSoft HCM applications, including payroll, to align with organizational needs.
• Execute system upgrades, enhancements, and patches to ensure optimal system performance and security.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate ADP and PeopleSoft HCM with other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to payroll processing systems efficiently.
• Conduct thorough unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide essential technical support and comprehensive training to end-users as required.
• Stay current with ADP and PeopleSoft updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve system functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of ADP and PeopleSoft core modules and application functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, PL/SQL, and document management systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, data migration, and process design.
• Strong customer service skills, robust analytical problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively, thrive in a dynamic environment, and quickly adapt to new systems and business processes.

Minimum Requirements

• US Citizenship with eligibility to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Five years of relevant experience, including extensive work with ADP and PeopleSoft core modules and application functions.
• Telework position with occasional travel.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Azure, multi-factor authentication, Oracle databases, and registry editing is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated compensation range for this position is $92,000 to $116,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and market data.
