Job Role
The Datacenter Server Solution Architect supports AMD EPYC and GPU products on AMD EPYC based Server Platforms in China. You will collaborate with AMD BDM to identify opportunities and provide technical support and training to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support AMD EPYC and GPU products.
- Collaborate with business development teams.
- Provide technical support and training to customers.
- Utilize Linux technical support expertise effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have 3+ years of Linux technical support experience, familiarity with server performance testing, Linux operating systems (CentOS, RHEL, SUSE, etc.), application performance tuning, x86 architecture, and at least one programming language. Experience in kernel debugging and development and GPU technical support is desirable. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, and occasional domestic travel is necessary.
Education
BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
