About the Role

The Customer Support Manager at AMCS Group ensures high-quality support and acts as the voice of our customers. You will handle support inquiries via email and phone, analyze technical issues, document solutions, and troubleshoot problems related to our SaaS solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle general customer inquiries, technical issues, and requirements.
  • Analyze, document, and develop solutions for support cases.
  • Take turns managing phone support availability.
  • Ensure customer inquiries meet SLA deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Business or Technology, or 2–5 years of related experience.
  • Experience in Customer & Technical Support in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Excellent time and self-management skills with a service mindset.
  • Bonus: EHS knowledge.
