- Monitor progress diligently, identify potential risks, and ensure the timely resolution of any issues that arise.
- Facilitate clear and concise communication between business, technical, and operational teams.
- Promote the adoption and continuous improvement of all delivered solutions or services.
- Maintain clear, accessible, and reusable documentation for all projects and processes.
- Lead or support team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth when applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Hard Skills:
- Ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into actionable plans.
- Familiarity with various delivery processes, project management methods, or service management practices.
- Competence in utilizing documentation and presentation tools effectively.
- Basic understanding of relevant technologies, platforms, or operational workflows.
- Solid experience in IT systems.
- Ongoing application monitoring and issue resolution experience.
- Knowledge of incident management tools such as ServiceNow for application support.
