About the Role
The Senior Producer is the backbone of Amber, responsible for leading teams, driving projects, reporting progress, and managing partner and stakeholder expectations. The role requires excellent communication, project management skills, and a strong understanding of the software development process.
The Quest
- Coordinate development among Engineering, QA, Art, and Design teams.
- Deliver project milestones on time, within budget, and at quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- Manage and monitor stakeholder expectations and satisfaction.
- Grow, inspire, lead, and retain high-performing teams.
- Create and track comprehensive short and long-term schedules.
- Supervise task management, maintain backlogs, and communicate deadlines.
- Foster accountability and ensure clear roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor team health and safeguard a safe work environment.
- Provide weekly reporting and collaborate to mitigate risks.

- 7+ years of project management experience.
- Proven leadership of teams and complex project tracking.
- Deep understanding of the software development process.
