Software Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Software Manager to lead our development team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with leadership skills to deliver high-quality software products, manage teams, and drive engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers.
  • Plan, prioritize, and oversee software development projects and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
  • Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality software output.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Drive process improvements, tooling enhancements, and team productivity initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Manager, Engineering Lead, or similar role.
  • Strong technical background in full stack development, backend, or frontend technologies.
  • Experience managing agile software development teams and projects.
  • Proficiency in software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance technical responsibilities with people and project management.
  • Able to work on-site in Singapore (hybrid setup).
  • Fluent in English and legally eligible to work full-time in Singapore.
