About the Role - Finance Analyst

The Finance Analyst supports the organization by ensuring accurate and timely business performance analysis. Responsibilities include preparing monthly reports, conducting variance analysis, and maintaining forecasting and budgeting models. The role collaborates with business leaders to align reporting with strategic goals and identify opportunities for efficiency.

The Day-to-Day

• Prepare monthly reports with variance metrics and commentary.
• Partner with distribution channels and business leaders on forecasting.
• Create and maintain reporting, budgeting, and forecasting models.
• Review business trends and drive operational optimization.
• Support process automation and streamlining initiatives.
• Develop financial and business acumen as an individual contributor.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience with a data analysis focus.
• Experience with financial systems, SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and understanding of accounts receivable/collections.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel).
