Amazon is currently looking to hire an experienced Transactions and Business Planner, Real Estate (India APAC). In this role, you will support the India Real Estate team to ensure the timely completion of all Real Estate team deliverables across India and the APAC region by monitoring, reporting, and using Amazon tools for program management and reporting.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
- Manage real estate deliverables from the back end to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Integrate Real Estate schedules and milestones with other team programs, including GES, Projects, Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
- Work closely with PMOs and Business Planners of these teams to seamlessly integrate Real Estate programs with their initiatives.
Key Job Responsibilities
Work in close coordination with India and APAC Real Estate Teams. Manage tools such as SHIELD, Source, and any other external tools Amazon may adopt for Real Estate and Engineering teams' project monitoring and review. Generate periodic reports and highlight critical path, important delays, discrepancies, etc., resolving them programmatically.
A Day in the Life
Reporting, monitoring, and defect elimination for all Real Estate deliverables through back-end intervention and programmatic solutions. Manage all escalations within the organization up to GM and Director Real Estate.
About The Team
This is an Individual Contributor Role but will work closely with India and APAC Real Estate teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post Graduate in Construction Management or Project Management or equivalent with relevant industry experience in construction planning and program management.
