Overview

The Third Party Partnerships Manager - Growth & Innovation is an embedded role responsible for owning the comprehensive business strategy and customer experience for the Third Party Partnership instore program. The role involves support in integrating business into Amazon and Whole Foods Market retail processes through business reviews, financial reporting, and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

This role will:

  • Own end-to-end program performance and analyze partner data.
  • Support cross-functional business reviews with internal and external teams.
  • Track both short-term issues and long-term trends to shape strategy.
  • Provide requirements and business perspective to finance, accounting, and tech teams.
  • Collaborate with change management teams for seamless partner integration.

Basic Qualifications

At least 3 years experience in program/project management, advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), SQL skills and vendor management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in end-to-end delivery, stakeholder management, process improvements, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Compensation

The base pay ranges from $66,800 to $142,800 per year based on geographic market and experience, with additional benefits as part of a total compensation package.
