Key Job Responsibilities

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • 2+ years technical support experience focused on customer success
  • Experience with consumer WiFi / Mesh networking platforms (Linksys, D-link, Google WiFi, ASUS)
  • Experience with firewall configurations and mobile device support (iOS, Android)
  • Excellent communication skills in English plus one of Spanish, German, French, or Italian
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus
