Team Lead Last Mile, Operations Manager at Amazon
At Amazon, we're working to be the most customer-centric company on earth. This role is for a Team Lead in our Delivery Center responsible for shift operations, performance management, and execution of delivery processes from the delivery station to the customer address.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Define, build and execute the delivery process.
- Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team during peak times.
- Engage and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
- Continuously improve processes through training, Kaizen, and data analysis.
- Implement process control and improvement mechanisms.
A Day in the Life
This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and high ownership to manage operations under pressure. You will interact with associates, communicate performance targets and drive improvements to meet customer expectations.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English (speak, write, and read)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
