About the Support Engineer IV Role
Amazon's Pricing Team seeks a Support Engineer IV to build and maintain infrastructure that impacts millions of customers. This role combines DevOps, Systems, Network, and Software Engineering responsibilities. You will design and manage critical infrastructure systems, automate both operational and development workflows, and resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary tasks will include:
- Resolving operational issues with systematic diagnosis and solutions
- Developing and maintaining monitoring systems
- Managing infrastructure configurations and troubleshooting technical challenges
- Collaborating with development teams on software enhancements and automation

Basic Qualifications
