Overview
As a Support Engineer in International Seller Services Tech org at Amazon, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our software products. You will support key services for seller growth, participate in marketplace/region expansions, manage infrastructure operations and engineering, and address risks in both hardware and software.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues with on-call support
- Resolve technical problems in a timely manner
- Maintain extensive knowledge of product documentation and features
- Document and track customer and system issues
- Automate manual tasks and workflows
- Keep pipelines healthy and engage in CCI programs

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ year of software development or technical support experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience scripting in modern programming languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, networks, and operating systems
