About the Staff Pharmacist Role

Key Responsibilities
- Dispense and manage the entire prescription fulfillment process.
- Handle prescription processing, verification, transfer coordination, and new acquisitions.
- Verify medication quality assurance for packet and bulk dispenses.
- Collaborate with fellow pharmacists to ensure quality control and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain customer profiles in PharmacyOS and complete ancillary housekeeping tasks.
- Provide clinical guidance, investigate errors, and report issues.
Shifts & Schedules
Available shifts include Sunday-Wednesday, Wednesday–Saturday, and Friday-Monday; each 10-hour shift starts at 7:30am.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License (Florida required, additional states as needed).
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws, federal and state regulations.
- Good interpersonal and computer skills.
- Ability to perform warehouse work (lift 20lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in LTC or Retail pharmacy environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
