About the Staff Pharmacist Role

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense and manage the entire prescription fulfillment process.
• Handle prescription processing, verification, transfer coordination, and new acquisitions.
• Verify medication quality assurance for packet and bulk dispenses.
• Collaborate with fellow pharmacists to ensure quality control and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Maintain customer profiles in PharmacyOS and complete ancillary housekeeping tasks.
• Provide clinical guidance, investigate errors, and report issues.

Shifts & Schedules

Available shifts include Sunday-Wednesday, Wednesday–Saturday, and Friday-Monday; each 10-hour shift starts at 7:30am.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License (Florida required, additional states as needed).
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws, federal and state regulations.
• Good interpersonal and computer skills.
• Ability to perform warehouse work (lift 20lbs).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in LTC or Retail pharmacy environments.
• Excellent communication skills.
