Position Summary

The Sr. Product Manager Prime Canada is responsible for crafting a clear product roadmap focused on member growth, engagement, and retention. Working with cross-functional teams including technical product managers, marketers, developers, UX designers, and senior business leaders, you will drive strategic initiatives to innovate and optimize the Prime experience for Canadian customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate new ways to enhance the Prime program for Canadian customers.
  • Drive the product roadmap while prioritizing member engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to launch new features.
  • Plan, localize, and measure impact of key feature launches.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for Canada-first initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product/program management or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery and roadmap definition.

  • Experience influencing senior leadership with data-driven insights.
