Overview
The Senior Lead Creative Advertising role at Amazon Prime Video Studios is designed to develop innovative, award-winning 360° creative advertising campaigns to drive viewership of original series and movies. You will lead and manage a creative team to deliver high quality audiovisual (AV), print, social, and experiential advertising campaigns.
Key Job Responsibilities
Creative Thinking: Ideate and develop breakthrough long-lead campaigns. Maintain a clear creative vision by crafting high-level briefs, presentation decks, photo shoot briefs, sketches, and comps. Present concepts to senior leadership, executive producers, and filmmakers while solving cross-functional business challenges for tailored content across platforms.
Creative Execution: Lead execution of campaign assets on time and within budget. Oversee production of trailers, TV spots, key art, out-of-home (OOH), digital, social, merchandising, and experiential assets. Manage complex projects spanning multiple territories, teams, and platforms, and allocate resources effectively.
Leadership: Promote collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies. Develop policies, procedures, and best practices with senior leadership. Address challenges proactively and ensure clear communication across all levels.
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of entertainment marketing experience and proven leadership in creative advertising teams.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong portfolio demonstrating innovation in print, outdoor, AV, social, digital, events and experiential campaigns. Experience in global campaign development, strategic relationship building, and process improvements. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and digital asset management tools is advantageous.
