About the Role

As a core member of our team, you will create and drive the Business Development strategy, influencing how we grow, scale, and serve customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, adoption and market share for our product.
- Earn customers' trust and craft custom Amazon Shipping solutions.
- Relay market needs and customer feedback to internal teams.
- Create program goals, track progress, and overcome obstacles.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and pursue innovative solutions.
A Day in the Life
You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify key customer pain points, generate strategic solutions, and drive adoption through active sales tactics.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
- 5+ years professional or military experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience defining and driving complex program initiatives with customers.
