About the Role

Amazon is launching a new, fast-growing business aimed at transforming the shipping and logistics industry. As a core member of the Amazon Shipping team, you will create and drive the Business Development strategy, influencing growth, market presence and customer success. This role requires experienced Business Development professionals with a strong background in sales, GTM planning and customer partnership building.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue, adoption and market share for Amazon Shipping.
  • Earn customer trust by crafting custom shipping solutions.
  • Relay market needs and feedback to Product Management and Tech teams.
  • Create program goals, track metrics and overcome obstacles.

About the Team

Amazon Shipping is a package delivery service powered by Amazon’s transportation network, offering scalable capacity, proactive support, and innovative solutions for brands of all sizes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of business development and/or sales experience, ideally with ecommerce brands.
  • 3+ years building and executing GTM plans.
  • 3+ years engaging with CxO/VP level customers.
  • Strong experience in brand partnerships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large retailers and ecommerce companies.
  • Expertise in solving shipping/logistics challenges.
  • Startup or intrapreneurial experience.
  • Ability to influence the product roadmap using customer feedback.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Compensation

The base pay ranges from $133,200/year to $220,200/year depending on geographic market and experience. Additional compensation may include equity, sign-on payments, and benefits.
