About the Role

Amazon is seeking a skilled and innovative Software Quality Engineer, Traffic Engineering, to join our Bot Management team. In this role you will act as a crucial member of our red team by simulating and evaluating AI Agents and their interactions with Amazon's digital properties.

What You'll Do

  • Simulate new and existing AI Agents interacting with digital properties.
  • Identify gaps in ingress security and bot protection measures.
  • Audit and test UX automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium.
  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks for detecting automated interactions.
  • Collaborate with security and development teams on bot protection improvements.
  • Stay updated with trends in AI and bot technologies.
  • Prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in manual testing and automation testing.
  • Experience as a QA lead on medium to large projects.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automated test frameworks like Selenium or Appium.
  • Experience gathering test requirements, creating detailed test plans, and defining quality metrics.
