About the Role
Amazon is seeking a skilled and innovative Software Quality Engineer, Traffic Engineering, to join our Bot Management team. In this role you will act as a crucial member of our red team by simulating and evaluating AI Agents and their interactions with Amazon's digital properties.
What You'll Do
- Simulate new and existing AI Agents interacting with digital properties.
- Identify gaps in ingress security and bot protection measures.
- Audit and test UX automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium.
- Develop and maintain testing frameworks for detecting automated interactions.
- Collaborate with security and development teams on bot protection improvements.
- Stay updated with trends in AI and bot technologies.
- Prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in manual testing and automation testing.
- Experience as a QA lead on medium to large projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automated test frameworks like Selenium or Appium.
- Experience gathering test requirements, creating detailed test plans, and defining quality metrics.
