Overview
Amazon is seeking a skilled and innovative Software Quality Engineer – Traffic Engineering to join the Bot Management team. In this red team role, you will simulate and evaluate AI Agents interacting with Amazon's digital properties, contributing to robust bot detection and mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Simulate new and existing AI Agents replicating automated interactions.
- Identify gaps in ingress security and bot protection measures.
- Audit UX automation frameworks such as Playwright and Selenium.
- Develop and maintain testing frameworks for automated interactions.
- Collaborate with security and development teams for bot protection.
- Stay updated on emerging AI and bot technology trends.
- Prepare detailed reports with actionable improvements.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 4+ years in quality assurance, Bachelor's degree, manual and automation testing experience, and QA lead experience on medium to large projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with automated test frameworks like Selenium or Appium, and expertise in gathering test requirements, creating test plans, and defining quality metrics.
