About the Team

The Amazon Payments team develops platforms to introduce innovative payment methods, manage co-branded and private label credit cards, and support one of the world's largest rewards programs.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 8+ years leading multi-tier web services development
• Strong grasp of full software/hardware/networks development lifecycle
• Proven experience partnering with product or program management teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating with executives on software and product strategy
• Track record of managing high-caliber engineers delivering scalable software systems
