The Selling Partner Financial Technology team aims to enable every partner to thrive globally by providing a trusted, simple, and intuitive financial experience. This role supports foundational capabilities including financial event onboarding, balance tracking, payouts, collections, risk reduction, and internal financial reporting.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, you will:

• Design and build highly reliable distributed systems
• Develop software to support Amazon's next-generation selling partner services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical support and business users
• Ensure high uptime and robust system performance 24/7/365
• Apply state-of-the-art technology to solve complex business problems

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Basic qualifications include a minimum of 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience, 2+ years designing or architecting systems, and proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred qualifications include full software development life cycle experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary ranges from $114,800/year up to $191,800/year, with additional equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive benefits package.
