About the role

Senior Product Marketing Manager, IES Lifecycle Experiences

As a Product Marketing Manager on the Lifecycle Experiences team, you will own go-to-market strategy for our product suite and customer engagement programs. You will translate customer insights and lifecycle data into compelling, localized marketing strategies that drive measurable outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally with product, tech, retail, and regional teams to design, launch, and optimize programs at scale.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in customer journeys, and is energized by building experiences customers love.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute localized go-to-market plans for new programs, features, and seasonal campaigns - balancing global frameworks with local nuance
  • Partner with product and tech teams to define customer segmentation, targeting logic, and personalization strategies that improve engagement and retention
  • Analyze lifecycle funnel metrics, identify drop-off points, and design data-driven interventions to accelerate customer engagement
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation roadmaps to continuously optimize messaging, channels, and incentive structures
  • Collaborate with regional retail, Prime, and category teams to align lifecycle programs with broader business priorities
  • Build and present business reviews and program narratives to senior leadership, including WBR/MBR inputs and OP planning contributions
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, bringing deep understanding to product and program decisions

The Lifecycle Experiences team is on a mission to deepen customer engagement across Amazon's fastest-growing marketplaces. We own the end-to-end customer lifecycle - from first purchase to habitual shopping - across India, Mexico, Brazil, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Australia, Singapore, and South Africa. Our north star is moving customers from occasional buyers to loyal, high-frequency shoppers.

We build and scale programs including Gamified Experiences, Rewards, Promotions Orchestration, and Personalization - reaching millions of customers across our fast growing marketplaces. We operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and data science, and we move fast.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
