About the Role

We are looking for a senior Product Manager Technical (PMT) to help lead the next phase of international expansion across multiple regions. This is a highly visible role at the center of complex, cross-functional launches. You will own a critical functional domain end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through requirements, UAT, launch, and post-launch optimization. You will partner closely with engineering, science, design, business, and AB teams globally to deliver scalable solutions that make each successive launch faster, higher quality, and more efficient than the last.This role requires strong technical acumen and the ability to dive deep into architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows while maintaining a clear view of customer impact and business outcomes. You will be expected to operate with a strong bias for action, move decisively in the face of ambiguity, and earn trust across many teams with competing priorities. International expansion is inherently complex: requirements are often unclear, dependencies are global, and timelines are fixed. You will bring structure where none exists, anticipate launch risks early, and create durable mechanisms, playbooks, and frameworks that prevent repeat failures.You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where ownership is real and impact is measurable. Success in this role means improving engineering efficiency through high-quality, forward-looking requirements; influencing worldwide roadmaps to reduce feature parity gaps; and continuously refining our product strategy based on data and customer learnings across markets. Key Job Responsibilities

• Influence strategic goals by shaping the vision and roadmap for your product area through idea scoping, business analysis, prioritization, and robust planning
• Write compelling business proposals for a cross-functional audience of senior leaders and experts
• Manage multiple end-to-end projects and workstreams simultaneously and against challenging deadlines
• Drive mindful discussions with partners in cross-functional business and technology teams through ideation, planning and execution
• Build a network with worldwide teams to share knowledge and identify and implement best practices

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
• Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
• Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
• Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage
