Key Job Responsibilities

• Define, own, prioritize, and deliver against a product roadmap.
• Leverage SQL and analytical tools to derive insights that inform product strategy. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis techniques is imperative for this role.
• Write business requirements, create the case for prioritizing projects, work with tech teams to size and implement software, and track progress to deliver at high bar on time.
• Create buy-in for the strategic vision and product roadmap across necessary teams.
• Partner closely across functions to drive strategic initiatives.
• Influence the broader organization and be able to coach others on product management best practices.
• Test automation in Continuous Integration setup and support multi-site development and deployment for multiple platforms.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
