Senior Business Development Lead - Amazon Shipping
Amazon is launching a new, fast-growing business aimed at transforming the shipping and logistics industry. This role is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a high-impact initiative from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue, adoption and market share for our product.
- Create custom Amazon Shipping solutions by earning customer trust.
- Relay market needs and customer feedback to internal teams.
- Create program goals, track progress, and overcome obstacles.
- Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product strategy.
Basic Qualifications
At least 7+ years of business development/sales experience with eCommerce brands. A proven history of executing GTM plans and working with CxO/VP level customers is required. A Bachelor's degree is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with large retailers, solving shipping/logistics challenges, taking products to market, and providing startup or intrapreneurial insights. Ability to influence product roadmaps and drive complex programs is a plus.

Compensation
The base pay ranges from $133,200/year to $220,200/year, based on market location and candidate experience. Total compensation packages may include equity, sign-on payments, and comprehensive benefits.
