The eero Marketing team at Amazon is actively seeking a strategic, insightful brand builder and storyteller to join as a Senior Brand Marketing Manager. In this pivotal role, you will significantly influence the long-term trajectory of the eero brand. You will be instrumental in translating brand strategy into cohesive, integrated campaigns, compelling storytelling, and continuous customer experiences across various touchpoints.
As a creative and incisive thinker, you will thrive in fast-paced, high-impact teams and operate comfortably across different organizational levels. Your responsibilities will encompass the strategic foundations of the eero brand, including its platform, architecture, cross-audience messaging, and creative strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs designed to shift audience perceptions and behaviors effectively.
Success in this position demands the ability to seamlessly transition from insightful analysis to actionable execution. You will navigate ambiguity, synthesize complex business, customer, and cultural inputs into clear strategic directives, craft engaging narratives that align teams, and remain deeply involved in activation to ensure consistent and clear brand presence in the market.
This individual will forge strong partnerships with colleagues in Creative & Design, Measurement & Analytics, Paid Media, Events & Brand Partnerships, Program Management, Product Marketing, and Owned & Retail Channels. A strong candidate will also demonstrate knowledge of Generative AI in marketing and creative workflows, with practical experience leveraging AI tools to enhance insights, accelerate iteration, and maximize campaign impact.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize customer, category, competitive, and cultural data into actionable insights, presenting findings compellingly across organizational levels.
- Partner with Measurement & Insights teams to manage research learning agendas, brand health, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Lead, evolve, and champion eero’s brand toolkit, including brand strategy, architecture, messaging playbook, and visual/verbal identity, in collaboration with eero’s Brand Studio team. Utilize this toolkit to support marketing, sales, and partner support teams.
- Support annual and quarterly marketing planning, translating operating plans and product marketing strategy into customer-obsessed, actionable marketing roadmaps for priority audiences.
- Develop insight-led campaign strategies that inspire creativity, galvanize internal teams, and drive customer perception and behavior change.
- Collaborate with internal teams and agencies throughout campaign development and execution to guide cross-channel storytelling.
- Author comprehensive marketing strategy briefs and frameworks, from high-level brand direction to specific campaign tactics.
- Partner with channel and creative teams to plan and execute customer-obsessed content and experiences across owned surfaces and retail environments.
- Collaborate with peers in Amazon’s Devices & Services organization to shape broader cross-device narratives and influence eero’s role within them.
- Lead collaborative workshops with cross-functional partners to integrate business objectives, customer insights, and cultural trends.

Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to measure impact and identify improvements.
- Experience driving compelling creative strategy and execution, either at an agency or in-house creative team.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or advertising campaigns from concept to completion.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing plans and programs across various marketing disciplines, including creative, paid/earned/owned channels, partnerships, and measurement.
- Strong marketing insights skills, including experience analyzing and synthesizing first- and third-party data to deeply understand customers, inform marketing decisions, and track results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or an equivalent field.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives worldwide.
- Prior experience in consumer electronics, smart home, or networking categories.
